I just had to write about my experience with ISIS Cosmetic. They have truly change my life!

My name is Stephanie R, I’m 42 and a mom of three beautiful kids; an 11 year old girl and twins (boy and girl) aged 4 years. It’s those 4 year olds which changed by body where after 4 years of dieting and exercising (not improving things) I was ready to take the next step to try to regain my body before twins.

I have a normal body weight but after the pregnancy excess weight settled around my thighs and I had a baby pooch on my belly which to me looked like I was 3 months pregnant. My husband and I took a cruise in Sept 2008 and I saw photos which made me say “That’s it! I am going to a consultation and see what can be done!”

I spoke to a friend that had traditional lipo where they put you asleep and she was down and healing for a week. She had to take all that time off work and had to get family to change her dressings for her and was in a lot of pain. I have a high tolerance for pain(twins, Remember?!) but less pain is better and I really couldn’t afford the downtime. I am self-employed and do not get paid if I am off work plus I take care solely of my kids a lot because my husband has a full time job, too. So after doing some research online about other liposuction/liposelection methods namely the vaser lipo and the smart lipo, I was ready for a consultation. That’s when I saw the add for ISIS Cosmetic in the Mint magazine so I gave them a call. They got me in within a few days for a consult.

The office was very clean and the office staff were friendly and knowlegeable. I felt that the price was comparable to my other friends price–but hey, Less Downtime! And since they only concentrate on one area at each surgery I felt that they would be able to get better results! So I met Dr Paliin and felt comfortable with him and he seemed to be genuine in his concerns for my expectations and well being. So before I left that day, I scheduled my surgery dates.

The day of the surgery I was a little nervous, but excited, too. I decided to get rid of my baby pooch first. Tanya took my vitals, I was able to ask any questions and she gave me one of my prescribed pain meds to relax me. Dr. Palin came in and drew on my tummy and soon we were off to the surgical room. The procedure went very well. My vitals were monitored and though relaxed, I was completely awake, and my view was blocked from the procedure. There were a few stings and pinches, but other than that I was completely numb in the area that they worked on. They used the vaser, suction and the smart lipo and soon I was through. Tanya helped me get dressed and I sat in a comfortable lounge chair and called everyone that I could think of to tell them how excited I was and how easy it was to get through the surgery.

The next day I went back for my post-op checkup and wow! Although I was still swollen, my post baby bump was gone. I showed my husband and he was truly amazed!
